Our goal is to increase citizen understanding on the importance of our nation’s system of separation of powers and highlight the vital need for protecting a fair and independent judiciary.

Organizations, including the League of Women Voters of the United States, the League of Women Voters of Michigan and the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin, hailed today’s U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Caperton v.
