Members of the LWVUS National Popular Vote (NPV) Compact Study

- Sue Lederman (NJ),
- Carol Mellor (NY),
- Jack Sullivan (CA), and
The committee will conduct the study by e-mail and free conference
calls and will produce study materials, including pros and cons, for
posting on the LWVUS Web site.
