Podcast Interview with LWV of DC member Kathryn Ray on DC Voting
Rights
The LWV of Seattle, participating in a national effort
to raise the publics’ awareness of the lack of voting rights for
over 600,000 U.S. citizens, hosted an enlightening interview with
Kathryn Ray. Ms. Ray is not only a DC resident, but also an active
member of the LWV of DC, educator and DC voting rights activist. In
these podcasts, Christal Wood spoke with Ms. Ray about the history of DC
citizens’ voting rights, the reality that Americans like Ms. Ray
face while living in the District of Columbia and why our nation should
