Welcome to the LWV’s Online Store
How to Place an Order
Ordering is simple. Browse through the Web site entering the desired
quantity for item of interest and click on the “add to cart”
button. When your order is complete, select the checkout option on the
left side of the page.
Payment
We only accept credit card payments at this time. We do not
accept cash, check, faxes, mail-in-forms, or phone orders.
Taxes
A 5.75% sales tax will be added to the sales total for orders delivered
within the District of Columbia
Shipping and Handling
All orders are charged a $4.00 handling fee in addition to
shipping.
Shipping rates are determined based on the total weight of the items
ordered.
Store Hours
Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or federal holidays. Orders can
be placed at anytime but they will only be processed during regular
business hours Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m (ET).
Please note: orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will not be
processed the next business day.
Return Policies
All publications must be returned in unmarked, resalable condition,
and returned at purchaser’s expense by traceable means (FedEx /
UPS) within 30 days of receipt.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the return package.
No cash refunds for returns. Merchandise credit only.
Credit must be used within three months of original credit memo
date.
