I’ve just come from the Membership and Leadership Development training with League members in Illinois and I’m struck by the passion, knowledge and commitment of these true defenders of democracy.
To help highlight all of this incredible work happening on the ground, later this week, I will embark on visits to as many as 10 battleground states to observe and promote the great work being accomplished by Leagues. I’ll be crisscrossing the country to meet with elections officials, speaking with the media, attending conferences, helping register voters, and much, much more.
