Now that it is National Volunteer Week, I can’t help but look back at all the amazing things our League volunteers have done. I love hearing the success stories and feeling empowered by being just a small part of this great organization.
In just over two weeks, our anti-Keystone coalition, “All Risk, No Reward,” has garnered strong media exposure in spreading its message on the devastating effects of the Keystone XL pipeline.
Now is the time for the U.S. to lead the world through the greatest environmental challenge of our generation. Join us as we celebrate Earth Day and urge President Obama to protect our country and our planet and reject the Keystone XL pipeline.
