Policies are grouped in overall categories. In the title and at the bottom of each page, the category of the policy is designated, an indication of whether the policy is US, EF or both, the first number is the year it originated, a second number indicates the sequence of policies adopted in any given year. The US/EF designation and a date indicating when the policy was revised or reaffirmed are also listed at the bottom of each policy.
