MacNamara called the meeting to order at 1:33 p.m.
Donath moved that the LWVEF budget for the 2012-2014 biennium, as it appears on page 42 of the Convention workbook, be adopted. Seconded. Passed.
Donath moved that the following persons be authorized to sign checks on the LWVEF bank accounts: Elisabeth MacNamara, Chair; Patricia Donath, Secretary/Treasurer; Nancy Tate, Executive Director, Zaida Arguedas, Deputy Executive Director; and Nancy Sturm, Director of Development. Checks of $5,000 or more require two signatures. Seconded. Passed.
Donath moved that any two of the following persons be authorized to approve wire transfers from the LWVEF bank accounts: Elisabeth MacNamara, Chair; Patricia Donath, Secretary/Treasurer, Nancy Tate, Executive Director, Zaida Arguedas, Deputy Executive Director; and Nancy Sturm, Director of Development. Seconded. Passed.
Donath moved that all the current LWVEF policies be retained. Seconded. Passed.
