MacNamara called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.

 

Minutes

Wilson moved that the minutes of the meeting March 25, 2012 of the LWVEF Board of Trustees  be accepted as presented. Seconded. Passed.

 

Financial Report

Wilson moved that the financial report of LWVEF dated April 30, 2012 be accepted and placed on file. Seconded. Passed.

Major donor contributions increased 7% compared to one year ago. We have strong public support for projects and tight control over spending.

 

Privatization Study

To clarify the position on privatization we should amend the third line, first paragraph, by changing the order of “considered and identified” to “identified and considered.”

McMillen moved that the Privatization position be approved as amended. Seconded. Passed.

 

Campus Election Engagement

McMillen moved that we approve the partnership with the Campus Election Engagement Project. Seconded. Passed.
