These are just some of the highlights of the incredible work done by our members across the country and here in Washington included in our year-in-review slideshow

Fought voter suppression efforts across the country

Pushed for gun control legislation at the state and federal levels

Encouraged the Administration to take the lead in protecting our climate

Pushed Congress to pass comprehensive immigration reform

Registered thousands of voters across the country

Advocated for improvements to the nation's flawed voting system

Fought to protect our political system from big-money corruption

Educated voters and equipped them with the information they need to vote

As 2013 comes to a close and we begin preparing for 2014 election cycle, we're already hard at work gearing up for programs to protect and empower millions of voters in 2014. Next year, we're committed to stepping up our work to register more new voters, hold more candidate forums, provide more ballot information and help all eligible voters participate in our electoral process. We'll also keep pushing for necessary environmental regulations to protect our planet for future generations and working to keep secret money out of our elections.

Without your help and support, we would not have so many accomplishments to share - we look forward to Making Democracy Work® in 2014.
