After getting to Columbus late Wednesday night, my first full day in Ohio got off to a great start with a radio interview on Ohio public radio on the challenges voters will face during this election because of all the attempts by Ohio politicians to manipulate election laws for their own gain.

LWV of Tallmadge Celebrates Women's Equality Day with "Smart Chicks Vote Happy Hour"
LWV of Tallmadge hosted its first "Smart Chicks Vote Happy Hour" with twenty members from the League, several members from the adjacent LWV of Kent and several potential new members, to celebrate the ratification of the 19th amendment and Women's Equality Day.
A Lady Gaga parody video, highlighting Alice Paul and the Suffrage movement, was shown. A short timeline and history of the Suffrage struggle was also presented.
The LWV Tallmadge was founded in 1976 and for over 35 years has been working to educate and empower the voters of Tallmadge, Ohio.
