The $320 Convention 2012 Registration fee covers all materials, all training sessions and includes your ticket to the banquet on Monday evening. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased during Registration for Convention for $55. A late registration fee of $50 will be applied to all registrations after May 21, 2012. After May 28, 2012, registration must be made on site.
