League President Mary G. Wilson addressed an audience of nearly 500 at the Colorado Judicial Institute’s 7th annual “Judicial Excellence for Colorado” dinner on November 5, 2009.  Citing an erosion of public confidence in the judiciary due to well-funded and politicized campaigns, Wilson called for a process that can better ensure an independent and impartial judiciary.
