Allyson is the cofounder Rad Campaign, an award-winning agency that has helped 100+ nonprofits, foundations, and philanthropists build impactful campaigns and award-winning websites focused on increasing advocacy, donations, and engagement. She's also the founder of Women Who Tech (WWT), a diverse network of 60,000+ engineers, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders. In 2015, she launched the Women Startup Challenge to disrupt a culture and economy that's made it difficult for women entrepreneurs to raise capital and to help fund women-led startups.

She's been named one of the "Most Influential Women in Tech" by Fast Company and a "Tech Titan" by the Washingtonian for her leadership roles in tech. She's passionate about the intersection of social change with online technologies and social communities, a topic she explores in the nonprofit bestselling book, Social Change Anytime Everywhere, she co-authored. Allyson is also a contributor to Forbes.com, FastCompany.com, and more.
