Webinar: Operating as a Nonpartisan Organization

This webinar was recorded on February 16, 2021 as part of a series of discussions on being nonpartisan. It focused on the legal side of being nonpartisan, what it means for us as a nonprofit, and how that changes between 501 (c)3s and 501 (c)4s. Throughout the hour attendees were presented with general information on how these activities are viewed with specific tie-ins to LWV's structure presented at the end.
