Connect, Inspire and Drive Change: A home for all LWV members and supporters
The League of Women Voters was founded on the principle that people should play a critical role in our democracy. Throughout the country, Leagues already utilize a variety of digital platforms and technologies to ensure that voters are empowered and democracy is protected. As a pandemic continues to impact our health and communities, it has become more critical than ever to be able to continue our work and increase our reach by upping our digital strategies and showing up in more digital spaces.
To better equip Leagues with the resources they need to elevate their fight to empower voters and defend democracy, LWVUS is excited to announce our partnership with OutreachCircle. OutreachCircle is a supporter management, relational organizing, and peer-to-peer texting platform. which makes it simple to recruit, engage, and activate LWV members and supporters while being able to track and manage their efforts every step of the way! We have outlined 3 key OutreachCircle features that will help get this done.

Supporter Action Hub
The Supporter Action Hub allows you to be able to:
- Track and Manage Supporters!
Know how many volunteers are participating in your projects know in which ways your membership and volunteers are engaging with the League! - Create Ladders of Engagement!
We know that not all people have the same amount of time or ability to commit to many hours of volunteer work, however, people still want to be engaged to do the impactful work the League has to offer. Ladders of engagement helps you grow volunteers into leaders and provide a structure to be able to go from introducing someone to the League, to getting them more directly involved. - Recruit and Spread the Word through Social Sharing
This enables supporters, members, and volunteers to help spread the word about your planned events and organizational updates through social media.
LWV Relational Organizing
Relational organizing is the strategy by which people tap into their own networks to increase the base of engagement around an issue or goal. Through OutreachCircle, LWV members and supporters can directly contact their friends and family or a target list/database all in one place. This tool can be used on a mobile device or desktop computer.
Affinity Peer-to-Peer Texting
Affinity peer-to-peer texting allows you to assign members and supporters a list of 100s of contacts that they can reach with specific asks in just minutes and without a usage fee. The messages to public, whether they are reminders to vote or action alerts, can be personalized and recipients know they are coming from a real person.
