To equip Leagues with the resources they need to thrive as we fight to defend voters and protect democracy, the LWVUS  Organizing team will host trainings focused on sharpening skills to do our work well.

This was far from an easy decision but with the health and safety of our members as our primary concern, we have decided to transition Convention to a virtual event.   

The questions and answers contained on this page were developed out of conversations with League members, activists, and others. We hope they will serve as a guide to common questions on policy, implementation, and other issues as Leagues do their advocacy work.

During this unprecedented time, when COVID-19 has threatened our health, safety, and livelihoods, we are reminded of the disproportionate and unique impact this virus has on women.  

LWVUS has built relationships with software, platform, and service providers that have been willing to work with us to integrate content, data, and/or offer special pricing for Leagues to manage their member database and website.  

The League of Women Voters of the United States and ClubExpress have entered into a partnership to offer ClubExpress as a recommended association management platform.

We know that many Leagues are facing the unexpected need to move an important meeting or event to a virtual platform. We also recognize that while there are many free or low-cost options this is still an unexpected expense for many.  

To help assist with this we are offering up to $20 a month for three months for up to 250 Leagues. This will be offered on a first come, first served basis for Leagues who demonstrate need for the product.
