Convention registration will offer several options. Please read the following to help you select the option that best fits your desired Convention experience.
This fee includes access to all plenary sessions, caucuses, workshops, Q&As, the Wares Market, engagement areas, speaker engagements, and the Thursday Welcome Reception.
This fee applies to those attending as voting delegates or non-voting guests. Each League is allotted delegates based on this formula.

Convention attendees are invited to participate in a Lobby Day on Thursday. All attendees will be asked to make their own arrangements to contact and schedule meetings with their representatives. The fee will guarantee you access to training and materials prepared by our Advocacy and Litigation team and access to the post-Lobby Day debrief at the Hyatt Regency on Thursday afternoon.
Note: Group transportation to the Capitol Building will not be provided. All three hotels are within a short walking distance to the building and cabs or rideshares can be arranged if needed.
All are invited to attend a performance by the Capitol Steps on Friday evening. Proceeds from the ticket sales will go to the League of Women Voters of the National Capital Area.
If you are not registering for Convention but wish to attend you should select a ticket on the first page of the registration form. If you are registering for Convention and wish to attend you will have the option to add a ticket to your purchase on the second screen.

Convention attendees are invited to choose one of the following add-ons for Saturday evening. Please note that neither is included in the registration cost and a ticket will be required for entrance.
This fee is an optional add-on for those who wish to attend the gala at the Hyatt Regency on Saturday evening. The gala will include a pre-gala reception with cash bar, dinner, and a guest speaker.
This fee is an optional add-on for those who wish to attend the reception at the Washington Court Hotel on Saturday evening. The reception will include a cash bar, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and guest entertainers.

Please know that LWVUS's first priority is the health, safety and well-being of everyone involved with Convention. We are taking all developments concerning the Coronavirus (Covid-19) very seriously and all impacts and changes to Convention will be shared with members as they are decided.
