On Earth day, world leaders will gather at the United Nations to sign the agreement put together during the UN Climate Conference in Paris. The historic agreement signaled the commitment to fight climate change by a global coalition.
The League joined environmental partners in opposing the Blocking Regulatory Interference from Closing Kilns Act of 2016, or BRICK Act (H.R. 4557).
The U.S. Supreme Court temporarily put the Obama Administration's Clean Power Plan. The League has been working to push the Obama Administration to develop and implement this historic regulation for years and we will continue to work to ensure that the it is implemented properly in every state.
