Election Day

Election Day is tomorrow in many states! You’ve made your plan, you’ve found your ballot information, and now it’s time to get out and vote!

As you think about your plan for voting this year—whether you take advantage of early and absentee voting opportunities in your state, or you vote on Election Day November 5th—I hope you will encourage your loved ones to make a plan, too.

Every Election Day, we participate in election protection to ensure that voters are treated fairly. Watch our video to hear stories from real voters on Election Day.

People are social creatures - and studies have shown that talking about voting makes people more likely to vote. So talk about voting to your friends and family!

Election Day just three weeks away. Voters across the country will participate in important state and local elections on November 6.

VOTE411.org served thousands of voters on the May 8th primary. The website is on track to help more than 2 million Americans this election year!

Today the Supreme Court will hear arguments in Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky, a challenge to a Minnesota statute that says political insignia may not be worn near polling places on election day.

In 2017 more than one million voters counted on the League to provide valuable information about the elections in their communities.

With the election cycle now in full swing, we’re pleased to share the League of Women Voters' presidential voters’ guide to help voters learn about the candidates and their visions for America’s future.
