Voter Registration Media Alert Template
As the deadline for voter registration draws near in many states it is important to continue to do all we can to ensure that every eligible citizens has an opportunity to register to vote or check their registration status. Here is a media alert template that State and Local Leagues can use to get the word out that the registration deadline is near and eligible citizens can register to vote by going to Vote411.org – Simply fill in the highlighted areas and send it to print, TV and radio media in your community.

Conduct Voter Registration at Wrestling Events!
The League is once again teaming up with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) to encourage voter registration and participation among young and first-time voters. Leagues are invited to conduct voter registration at live wrestling events across the country. Check the calendar below for events scheduled near you, and contact Maggie Duncan (Mduncan@lwv.org) if you would like to be connected to the organizers of a scheduled event near you.
