Overview
Playbook 4 helps us reach new audiences and deepen partnerships within our communities as we employ strategies to protect, engage, and turn out a record number of voters for the upcoming primary and general elections. The following resources are meant to support those activities from February through April 2026.
This guide is for League use only and should not be shared publicly.
Click the button below for a PDF version of this playbook. The Power Playbook 4 PDF includes a calendar to help Leagues outline and plan their activities for the coming months.
To ensure we are tracking our reach across the League network, be sure to complete the survey for Playbook 3 by February 19.
