Gabrielle Udell serves as the League of Women Voters of the United States’ governance and transformation specialist. In this role, she supports governance and organizational capacity-building initiatives across the League’s network of state and local Leagues.

She develops governance resources and trainings, provides guidance on and manages governance and compliance matters, and works closely with League leaders to strengthen organizational practices, leadership capacity, and sustainability. She also supports the League’s broader Transformation efforts by helping Leagues navigate organizational change and growth and by facilitating communication and collaboration across the network. In addition, she works closely with LWVUS Board committees to strengthen governance practices across the League.

Gabrielle is deeply committed to strengthening democratic participation and advancing equitable and inclusive civic engagement. She is excited to contribute to an organization dedicated to empowering people to participate fully in our democracy.
