haley is a strategic planning and public affairs executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing democracy, equity, and social justice through advocacy, organizational leadership, and coalition-building.  She brings deep expertise in organizational development, public policy, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement cultivated across the nonprofit, philanthropic, and government affairs sectors.

Prior to joining the League, haley served as a senior advisor at The Blueprint Strategy Group and a principal and head of Strategic Planning at Raben, where she advised national nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and foundations on strategic growth, governance, crisis management, and policy initiatives. She led high-impact campaigns on issues including voting rights, gender equity, and criminal justice reform, while helping organizations modernize operations, strengthen leadership, and expand advocacy capacity.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic counsel, haley excels at aligning vision with execution, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and guiding organizations through moments of transformation and growth.
