As the manager of transformation, Laura leads the implementation of the League’s long-term transformation goals to create a more integrated, equitable, and inclusive League network with strengthened operational capacity and a firm foundation for advocacy and activism. As a strategic connector between the national office and more than 750 state and local Leagues across the country, Laura supports the evolving needs of staff and volunteers in the field through targeted training, resource development, and responsive technical assistance that empowers League leaders at every level. With over a decade of experience in human rights education, nonprofit capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation, Laura brings a systems-thinking approach and a deep commitment to equity and impact. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting democratic change begins with empowered communities and strong local leadership.
