Director of Events and Training

Natalie Intondi is the Director of Events and Training at the League of Women Voters of the United States. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the management and execution of events and training hosted by the League.

Natalie has nearly 15 years of events and experiential marketing experience under her belt. Before joining the League, Natalie planned events for the athletic apparel brand Under Armour. While at Under Armour, Natalie executed event activations at sporting events like The Masters and called some of the most famous athletes in the world her clients. The events Natalie planned and executed drove brand awareness, pushed for higher sell-through rates, and strategic product sell-out moments.

Natalie's professional background is rich with DC-based think-tank and nonprofit experience. Before her time at Under Armour, Natalie led the events department at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth where, in addition to planning and executing the group's events, she crafted the organization's event strategy and in the height of the COVID pandemic, introduced virtual events to their portfolio of programming. Natalie also worked for the National Governors Association (NGA), an organization dedicated to supporting the governors of the 50 states and territories. During her tenure at NGA, she was solely responsible for planning and executing 25 of the 120+ events the organization hosted annually.

Natalie is originally from Orlando, Florida, and has a BA in history from the University of Central Florida. In her free time, she enjoys birding, reading, watching tennis and American football, and prioritizes spending time with her husband, their two rescue dogs (Abby and Jake), and friends.
