Res. 90, a Congressional Review Act resolution of disapproval that will nullify a rulemaking by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) that, if allowed to stand, would drastically undermine one of our nation’s most important civil rights laws, the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (the CRA).
