The League joined national environmental advocates to oppose the Department of Transportation’s midnight rulemaking to curtail National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) regulations. Finalizing this rulemaking would make it much more difficult for the agency to analyze the climate justice impacts of future transportation and infrastructure projects.
