Washington, DC – With Election Day just four weeks away, and voter registration deadlines nearing, the League of Women Voters is proud to provide more voter-friendly information than any other election source.
VOTE411.org is a nonpartisan "one-stop-shop" for all election related material.
- Registration deadlines Voter registration tool
- Absentee and early voting information
- Candidate and ballot measure information for every community in America
- ID requirements
- Polling place locations – early voting and Election Day
VOTE411 prepares voters with more information about down ballot candidates and issues than any other voter resource. By entering your home address on VOTE411, voters can learn about offices and ballot questions they will be voting on, and compare candidate responses to League questions.
“This year the League will be providing more than 100,000 candidate and ballot measure details on VOTE411,” said Chris Carson, president of the League of Women Voters of the United States. “Before voters go to the polls, they can find information on the federal, state and local races they will be asked to evaluate.”
Voter registration deadlines are approaching and early voting is kicking off across the country. But every state has different rules.
Now is the time for all voters to make sure they are registered and that their registration is up-to-date. VOTE411.org is designed to clearly answer voters’ questions. The League of Women Voters is working in more than 700 communities, in every state, to help eligible Americans register and get ready to vote.
