Washington, DC - The League of Women Voters CEO Virginia Kase issued the following statement in response to the delay in caucus results:
"As we wait for the results of the Iowa Democratic Party caucus, speculation is not helpful. This is another reminder why we need to invest in our election infrastructure and election security. Even if the delay in the caucus results turns out to be a matter of hours, this demonstrates why having a reliable election system is so important for voter confidence."
