League of Women Voters of Connecticut president Laura Smits discusses the benefits of early voting and potential changes to Connecticut's voting process.

Prison gerrymandering is the practice of counting people based on where they're confined rather than where they're from. This inflates representation in areas where prisons are built and dilutes the voting power of the people who are incarcerated and their home communities.

LWV of Connecticut filed a federal lawsuit seeking to make mail-in voting available to every eligible Connecticut voter during the COVID-19 pandemic.
