Today the Supreme Court will hear arguments in Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky, a challenge to a Minnesota statute that says political insignia may not be worn near polling places on election day.

The League filed a brief in the case, Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky, which will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court on February 28, 2018.
