The primary election is less than two months away, June 26, and there are some changes to elections this year that you might not know about, including the fact that the elections will conducted by mail-in ballot. There will be no precincts.
Information about that change and other recent election legislation was presented by Colorado League of Women Voters Vice President for Voters Service Gerry Cummins and Colorado LWV Executive Director Julie Leonard, during a meeting hosted by the Sterling Area LWV on Sunday.
Cummins started by talking about some of the history of voting legislation and allowing mail-in ballots.
