The League will participate in the third annual #GivingTuesday campaign on December 2, 2014. Generous League supporters have offered to match every #GivingTuesday donation we receive dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000.

League member Judy Stuthman led an effort to attend every citizenship ceremony held in Minnesota since 2007, taking part in helping register over 62,000 new Americans.

I spent Election Day evaluating polling places for LWV of Prince George's County, MD. I want to acknowledge and thank the poll workers and judges without whom Election Day would not function.

What do Justin Timberlake, Rosario Dawson, Donna Brazile and Taye Diggs all have in common? They’re using VOTE411.org to vote this Election Day!

These elections are about our jobs, our health, our communities, our security and our future. Are you ready to vote?
